Alex and Chase met at a bar a few years ago at a Sorority and Fraternity event at college. The moment Alex saw Chase she knew! She knew he was going to ask her if she wanted a drink, asking her “hey, do you want a long island?” and then she really knew. She knew that whoever this man was, he was the one she was going to marry. And guess what?! She. Was. Right.

A little over two years after Chase asked Alex to be his girlfriend, he proposed on Christmas Eve. ❤️ How freakin cute. Alex and Chase had the entire wedding planned out. They the outfits picked out, the venue picked out, catering, the cake, EVERYTHING. And then COVID-19 came around and shut down the entire world.

These two had been waiting, and planning, and stressing, but also full excitement for their special day to happen. they had no choice, per the law they had to cancel the big wedding they had in the books for a long time. But that didn’t stop them. Instead of canceling the wedding and then being upset, they did the best thing. They got married anyway.

The two of them had a private ceremony at the home of Alex’s parents with only the family there to watch. Michele, her mom officiated and there was not one dry tear in the 14 person crowd. It was a beautiful ceremony, full of love and laughter and mimosas and jumping into the pool.

4 months later they did a bigger party! This time it was at the family house again, but out on the horse arena on the family ranch. Family and friends both got to show up this time. There was music, food, drinks, and so much fun and love! Alex’s friends from Illinois came down and Chase’s friends from college got to be a part of it too. The night ended with a big fireworks show and cake! It was a great time.

Y’all are amazing people and I wish you two the absolute best!
